InterestMy research interest lies at the intersection of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), Hi-C genomic techniques, and machine learning. I aim to explore the underlying genetic factors contributing to AMR by leveraging advanced Hi-C technologies, which provide insights into the three-dimensional structure of genomes and enable the identification of key chromosomal interactions involved in resistance mechanisms. By integrating genomics data, including sequencing and structural variations, with machine learning models, I aim to develop predictive frameworks that can accurately identify genetic determinants of AMR and their interactions within the genome. These approaches have the potential to not only enhance our understanding of the complex molecular biology of AMR but also to guide the development of more effective diagnostic tools and treatment strategies in combating resistant pathogens.
